A fraternal association of retired New York City Police Officers of all ranks. This organization is open to all retired NYPD members, retired Federal Law Enforcement and any retired Law Enforcement Officer.

10-13 is the New York City Police Department Radio Code Signal for “Assist Police Officer” and we strive to assist our fellow Officers. Supporting and aiding members and other active and retired law enforcement personnel.
